Description
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree holder of Human Resources, Psychology, and or any business related courses
- Has more than a year of extensive background in handling talent acquisition
- Experience with full-cycle recruiting, using various techniques and strategies
- Experienced with hiring practices and stages (screening, interview, assessment and onboarding)
- Adept at problem-solving, including being able to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Experience in volume hiring and technical recruitment is an advantage
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
- Knowledge in data analytics and HRIS is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and other related software applications
