Support Staff - (Clerical Support to Admin, Finance and HR)
Description
MAIN RESPONSIBILITY:
- Document Handling, Asset Inventory, Accounts Payable Support, acts as a liason and support to the whole Department
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of Associate degree or Undergraduate of any business/ computer related course with office clerical tasks
- Effective in handling and management of data (both hard copy and soft copy)
- Proficient in using spreadsheet (Excel), documents (Word), and presentation (Power point)
- Knowledgeable in accounting-related tasks
- Familiarity with Document Handling
- Able to analyze processes and suggests/ implement improvements
- Can multitask and work under pressure with strong attention to details and quality of work
