Sr. Human Resource Manager
Description
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or any related behavioral science course.
- Minimum of 18 years of comprehensive experience across all facets of Human Resources including but not limited to talent acquisition, employee relations, training and development, compensation and benefits, and organizational development.
- With at least 5-6 years of experience in a managerial role.
- Proven track record as an HR Manager with strong capability in planning, leading and organizing company activities, as well as managing employee issues and concerns.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Effective communication and coordination skills.
- Professional discreet and dependable in handling confidential information
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
