HR Staff- Employee Relations
Description
Qualifications:
- BS Degree in Psychology, Industrial Relations, Human Resources Management, or any business related courses
- At least 3-5 years of experience in Employee Relations, Employee Engagement and Labor Relations
- Proven experience in managing disciplinary cases, conducting workplace investigations, and resolving conflicts
- Knowledgeable in grievance handling procedures
- Experience in organizing or supporting employee engagement initiatives is an advantage
- Background in handling performance evaluation processes is a plus

- Excellent communications skills both oral and written
- Knowledgeable in MS Office Applications
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- High level of integrity and confidentiality
- Has emotional intelligence and people management skills
- Good in report writing and documentation
- Has keen attention to details and accuracy
