Component Procurement Staff
Description
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- More than 2 years' experience in component procurement activities in a manufacturing company.
- A certain experience in supplier's Quality-Cost-Delivery capability enhancement activity is an advantage.
- With experience of working closely with suppliers, proven negotiation skills, can add value, and reduce costs and input to the organization's improvements.
- A certain experience for market research, benchmarking activity and supplier development activity including auditing activity is an advantage.
- With background and experience in systems improvement related to the procurement process.
- Experience in Automotive Industry is an advantage
- Technical understanding about the materials used in Wiring Harness is an advantage.
- Graduate of BS Degree in Industrial Engineering / other Engineering related courses and/or any business related courses
