HUMAN RESOURCES RULES STAFF
Description
SNPW team is looking for a Human Resource Rules staff to join our organization and support the implementation of company rules, policies, and procedures to ensure employee compliance and maintain a disciplined workplace.
JOB OVERVIEW
Reviews and updates company policies, ensures procedures comply with legal regulations, and advises management on compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate of Psychology, Human Resource Management, Political Science, Social Science or any related field.
- Experience in compliance, policy administration, or a similar role is an advantage.
- Knowledge of labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to prepare reports and maintain accurate documentation.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Interpret and apply relevant laws and regulations.
- Monitor legal updates and advise management on compliance requirements.
- Prepare, review, and update company policies and procedures.
- Ensure business operations comply with applicable laws and regulations.
- Develop and implement compliance programs.
- Manage internal documents such as memorandums, procedures, and regulations.
