We are looking for a Finance and Controlling Manager (m/f/d) to join our Administration and Planning team.
Place of work: Wiesbaden
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Leading the finance and controlling team
- Overseeing all finance, controlling, and tax related topics
- Responsible for the creation of monthly, quarterly, and yearly finance reports for headquarters and internal management
- Responsible for the creation, monitoring, controlling and closing of the annual budget
- Responsible for the creation of transfer pricing reports and other reports requested by headquarters such as business continuity plans
- Responsible person for internal and external audits in finance area
- Shaping internal processes and policies in the above fields
- Company insurance management
Skills and Experience
- University degree or vocational training in the area of finance & accounting/controlling
- Several years' experience in finance and controlling area
- Good understanding of HGB and IFRS, knowledge of Datev advantageous
- Very good knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel
- Fluent in German and English, Japanese language skills beneficial
- Strong interest in working in an international environment
- Experience in team leadership beneficial
