Position Title: Accounting Specialist
Department: Accounting
Location: Greeley, CO
Reports to: Accounting Supervisor
Position Overview: The Accounting Specialist is responsible for handling day-to-day accounting activities, maintain accurate records, and contribute to the smooth functioning of the department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records.
- Support the preparation of invoices and purchase orders.
- Provide support during monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes.
- Respond to vendor and internal inquiries regarding payments and account discrepancies.
- Learn and comply with company accounting policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools and systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Base salary range of $18.00 to $20.00 per hour and
- This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s annual bonus plan, the amount of bonus varies and is subject to the standard terms and conditions of the incentive program.
