Operations Management Support (Live, Plant, Feed mill) 
 
Responsibilities:
  • Order, requisition and receive ingredients and invoices for Feed Mill
  • Manage open procurement workflow items as required
  • Post daily feed production in SAP software
  • Keep up with weekly ingredient usage and shrink reports on Excel
  • Verify, validate and reconcile ingredient and feed inventories
  • Create/close preventive maintenance work orders
  • Generate weekly and monthly reports as requested
  • Maintain communication with ingredient vendors, drivers and mill operations team as required
  • Available to cross train and provide back up for other coordinators (Broiler, Breeder, Hatchery, Feed Haul)
  • Performs other duties as assigned
  • Normal Monday-Friday business hours with limited weekend work once/month to complete month end tasks
  • Uses required PPE and follow all safety guidelines of the Company.
Qualifications: (Required/Desired)
1-2 years related office or clerical experience
Must have strong math and computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher)
Must be able to multi task and work in a fast paced environment
Must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Must be able to work with little or no supervision and make decisions when necessary
Must have strong organization skills and detail minded
Must have customer service skills
Experience in SAP is preferred but not required
Confidentiality a must
 
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: High School Diploma or GED
Environmental conditions: 
Occasionally dusty environment.
