Temporary Freezer Coordinator

 

Purpose and Scope/General Summary: We are looking for a Temporary Freezer Coordinator for JBS Regional Beef that reports onsite to our corporate office in Greeley, Colorado.

 

The anticipated assignment length for this role is approximately 8-12 weeks.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for coordinating All Regional Beef Frozen Inventories, all processes
  • Provide feedback to sales on inventory levels
  • Maintain Inventory Reporting
  • Responsible for Process Management related to frozen inventory
  • Analysis of frozen inventory and plan development
  • Work with Sales, plants and schedulers on shipping to the freezer 
  • Work with accounting on cold storage auditing procedures
  • Work with logistics on new freezer opportunities
  • Be the “go to person” with issues between the plant/product managers and the freezers.
  • Help reduce old age frozen inventory in all warehouses associated with Regional Beef
  • Other duties as assigned

 

Qualifications:

  • Strong Analytical and Communication Skills required
  • Working knowledge of Excel required.
  • Previous supply chain or beef experience desired, but not required.
  • Can perform the functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation

The applicant who fills this position will be eligible for the following compensation and benefits:

  • Base salary range of $22.00 - $24.00/hour;
