3rd Shift Hours 1am - 7am
Pay Rate: $17.35/ plus $4.00 per hour/attendance/bonus /Sunshine Pay Available
Sanitation Laborer
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
The work will consist of the employee cleaning equipment throughout the plant using a system of high-pressurized water, cleaning agents and other sanitation equipment in accordance to the standards set by U.S.D.A. and Pilgrim’s Directives for sanitation control.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Above average Attendance habits
- Must be self-motivated and willing to work in areas of the plant.
- Must have the ability to work safety and responsibly with fellow employees and equipment.
- Must have correctable eyesight, and be able to lift/push/pull over 25 lbs frequently Must be able to follow instructions given by supervisor or Crew Leader.
- Needs to understand the reason and recognize the need for good sanitation habits.
- Ability to work with both hands.
- Must be able to reach above shoulders.
- Work on Fast Paced Environment Safely
- Pay close attention to detail
- Other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is preferred
Experience / Work History
- Prefer previous manufacturing experience
