Purpose and Scope/General Summary: We are looking for a dedicated and experienced individual to join our team as a Janitorial/Sanitation Supervisor. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to lead a team, earn competitive pay, and grow within our company.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of the janitorial/sanitation team.
  • Ensure all cleaning and sanitation tasks are completed to a high standard.
  • Train and mentor team members on proper cleaning techniques and safety protocols.
  • Conduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure cleanliness and compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and place orders as needed.
  • Handle scheduling and assign tasks to team members.
  • Address and resolve any issues or complaints related to janitorial services.
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Supervisar y coordinar las actividades del equipo de limpieza/saneamiento.
  • Asegúrarse de que todas las tareas de limpieza y saneamiento se completen con un alto nivel.
  • Capacitar y asesorar a los miembros del equipo sobre técnicas de limpieza adecuadas y protocolos de seguridad.
  • Realizar inspecciones periódicas de las instalaciones para garantizar la limpieza y el cumplimiento de las normas de seguridad y salud.
  • Gestionar el inventario de suministros y equipos de limpieza y realizar pedidos según sea necesario.
  • Manejar la programación y asignar tareas a los miembros del equipo.

  • Entre otras responsabilidades que le puedan ser asignadas.

 

 

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within the janitorial or sanitation field.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to cleaning and sanitation.
  • Can perform the functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation
  • As a salaried position with the company, you may be required to travel at some point to other facilities, to attend Company events, or as a representative of the Company in other situations. The applicant who fills this position will be eligible for the following compensation and benefits:

  • Benefits: Vision, Medical, and Dental coverage begin after 60 days of employment;
  • Paid Time Off: sick leave, vacation, and 6 company observed holidays;
  • 401(k): company match begins after the first year of service and follows the company vesting schedule;
  • Base salary range of $55,000;
  • Incentive Pay: This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s annual bonus plan, the amount of bonus varies and is subject to the standard terms and conditions of the incentive program; and
