Job Summary:

The Supervisor, Client Billing is responsible for supporting the billing associates involved in invoicing and order management functions and serves as a critical member in the Contract-to-Cash cycle.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Understand end-to-end client billing and accounting processes and manage the workload within the team.
  • Ensure proper billing set-up and that the system configuration adheres to underlying system requirements and policy standards. Verify audit requirements are met at all times.
  • Resolve escalated billing issues from internal and external clients through research and coordination of relevant departments.
  • Identify and communicate platform issues to appropriate teams.
  • Maintain client relationships
  • Review processes for efficiency, create process and/or training documentation
  • Maintain team by coaching and counseling employees, in addition to developing personal growth opportunities.
  • Ensure company goals and objectives are being met by each employee and provide feedback through regular performance evaluations
  • Liaison with accounting for specific questions/projects regarding the GL or Journal Entries.
  • Assist in financial and SOX audits quarterly and annually.
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

  • 6-8 years of relevant experience, including supervisory experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related field required
  • Strong research, communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and balance multiple projects/priorities
  • Experience with MS Excel required.
  • Experience in the Financial Services industry preferred.
  • Must be analytical and detail oriented.

SALARY

The annual base salary range for this position is $70,000 to $160,000.
