Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated Billing Analyst II to execute the day-to-day billing cycles over multiple products, entities and tools for the Envestnet Wealth Management segment. This position is essential to ensuring the highest level of billing accuracy and reporting through the correct set-up of client bills, timeliness and accuracy of billing using internal systems. Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for billing work on specific clients including fee billing analysis, trouble shooting, adjustment billing, fee calculation validation, fee billing procedural documentation and process analysis.
- Communicating with clients regarding progress, questions, and concerns. Be a SME for the team and for clients.
- Assist in financial and SOX audits quarterly and annually.
- Special projects as assigned.
- Manage multiple complex billing processes using variety of systems and tools.
- Adherence to SLA’s, deliverable deadlines for each billing cycle
- Adherence to and application of Envestnet legal, compliance, risk, business continuity and administrative policy within the role and department(s) including the timely completion of training & awareness, affirmations and testing as requested.
- As part of the responsibilities for this role, you will understand and readily support Envestnet's established corporate business practices, policies, internal controls and procedures designed to create value or minimize risk.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required.
- Minimum 3-4 years billing, finance, accounting or related field experience required.
- Experience with MS Excel required.
- Experience in the Financial Services industry preferred.
- Must be analytical and detail oriented.
- Excellent communication skills required.

Salary:
The annual base salary range for this position is $60,000 to $90,000.
