Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Workday Analyst to provide production support for Envestnet’s HR, Benefits, and Payroll applications. This role will serve as the Workday expert and point-of-contact for our users.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Must have Workday experience to be considered.
  • Provide support for Workday HRIS application, including researching and resolving complex problems, unexpected results or process flaws; performing scheduled activities; recommending solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Workday tickets, ensuring timely responses and quality solution documentation; serve as escalation point for complex issues.
  • Collaborate with business partners to capture and document requirements for Workday enhancements and fixes.
  • Lead Workday system, configuration, integration testing, including testing and supporting users throughout the process.
  • Responsible for understanding data loads, including configuring and running EIBs and other related operations.
  • Understand systems integrations and the data flow across HR systems and downstream applications.
  • Maintain data integrity and security of the Workday system which includes but is not limited to creating and maintain role and user-based security groups, reviewing and revising security policies, security groups and running periodic security audits.
  • Participate in Workday major release review and testing by identifying impact/enhancement opportunities associated with a new release features/functionality.
  • Document and maintain Workday HRIS procedures, user documentation and system updates.
  • Maintain proper change management documentation to satisfy the company’s internal/external audit controls.
  • Identify, configure, and implement process and operational improvements. Analyze and recommend enhancements to business processes and other aspects of system configuration to streamline operations and optimize efficiency while ensuring data integrity. Ensure the users take advantage of Workday best practices.
  • Develop and maintain complex custom Workday reports (Advanced, Matrix, Composite) using Workday Report Writer and Report Designer.
  • Create and maintain standardized, real-time dashboards to display key metrics and insights for HR and business leaders in a visually appealing manner.
  • Participate in report reviews, including understanding and ensuring security and data privacy standards.
  • Establish and enforce report management best practices to optimize oversight and report performance.
  • Effectively partner with team members and internal/external stakeholders to meet project deliverables, and lead projects as required.
  • Adherence to and application of Envestnet legal, compliance, risk, business continuity and administrative policy within the role and department(s) including the timely completion of training & awareness, affirmations and testing as requested. 
  • As part of the responsibilities for this role, you will understand and readily support Envestnet's established corporate business practices, policies, internal controls and procedures designed to create value or minimize risk.

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of configuration experience with Workday software.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively and collaborate with a wide range of internal and external colleagues.
  • Knowledge of SDLC process and systems implementations.
  • Project lead experience is a plus.

Salary: 

The annual base salary range for this position is 90,000 to 134,000
