Envestnet is seeking a passionate and talented Financial Analyst II to join our Finance team. This position is expected to report to our Berwyn, PA office.

Job Responsibilities:
- Extracting and structuring operational and financial data to ensure data integrity and facilitate effective analysis and reporting
- Building models to facilitate data compilation, analysis and decision-making
- Analyzing data, identifying issues and opportunities, and proactively resolving problems encountered
- Support the business unit’s monthly financial reporting needs
- Conduct in-depth variance analysis of the company’s sales and financial performance on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis relative to plan, forecast and prior year
- Provide analysis supporting monthly business review reporting package
- Develop financial models to support forecasting and budgeting plan processes
- Provide necessary data to facilitate quarterly sales incentive process
- Other duties as assigned
- Adherence to and application of Envestnet legal, compliance, risk, business continuity and administrative policy within the role and department(s) including the timely completion of training & awareness, affirmations and testing as requested.
- As part of the responsibilities for this role, you will understand and readily support Envestnet's established corporate business practices, policies, internal controls and procedures designed to create value or minimize risk.
Required Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of relevant experience
- Bachelor’s Degree required, with an accounting or finance emphasis preferred
- Knowledge of capital markets or investment management a plus
- Superior attention to detail
- Strong analytic modeling skills
- Strong systems and data management skills
- Expert knowledge of MS Excel or other database skills a plus
- Proficiency/Advanced knowledge in dashboarding tools (Power BI)
- Ability to execute in a dynamic and demanding environment by demonstrating organizational, problem-solving, analytical, project management and prioritization skills
- Ability to work independently and balance multiple projects/priorities
- Demonstrated initiative, innovative, and self-motivated with a great sense of urgency and follow-through
