Envestnet is seeking a passionate and talented Technology Business Management Analyst (TBM Analyst) to join our Enterprise Services team.

Job Responsibilities:     

• Provide weekly progress reports to the business regarding timesheet compliance.
• Extract time log reports from Power BI, collect certifications of time from senior leadership and deliver to accounting for month end financials.
• Assist managing activities in suspense to drive them to closure.
• Routinely review projects and determine if they meet the criteria for capitalization.
• Participate in routine SOX audits related to IDS.
• Process requests from engineering to update time tracking groups in Jira.
• Manage and contribute to projects both on-going and recurring as needed, in an effective and efficient manner.

Required Qualifications:      

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with concentrations in Business or Accounting.
• 3 years of experience working with accounting/finance auditing, SOX Compliance, or similar work.
• Understanding of financial and accounting processes.
• Experience working in a technology related field ideal.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management.
• Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Excel and reports.
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities with customer service orientation.
• Self-starter and flexible team player

Preferred Qualifications:       

• Familiarity with Jira and/or Agile Methodologies desirable.
• Experience in handling IDS (Internally Developed Software) capitalization process is a plus.
