Job Summary:

The Client Success Specialist is responsible for engaging, retaining, and driving our customer renewals with usage of Envestnet | MoneyGuide product offerings. The Client Success Specialist completes the post-sales lifecycle for all IFA accounts serving as the advocate for each customer. You will work collaboratively with technology, analytics, service, and other MoneyGuide stakeholders to ensure we are delivering world-class service and creating raving fans.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the implementation expert for new users. Assist with onboarding, creating user ID’s, integration set-ups, customizations, and post-sale support.
  • Increase adoption with new and at-risk users through consultative support that aligns with the client’s business goals.
  • Collaborate with other MoneyGuide departments to ensure timely execution of tasks, including onboarding, training, implementation, and renewals.
  • Proactively engage users to ensure that new & key features of MoneyGuide product offerings are being leveraged.
  • Coordinate advisor training calls with the Training Team or Support by Appointment Team.
  • Implement and maintain consistent communication strategies to ensure excellent licensed user experience.
  • Ensure the retention of MoneyGuide licensed users and meet retention & renewal goals.
  • Maintain accurate and up to date SalesForce activity.
  • Serve as the trusted point of contact for MoneyGuide users and key partners within the firm.
  • Provide support to Account Managers as needed to drive sales activity.
  • Support the enterprise sales team with reporting, contract details, and day to day enterprise communications.
  • Communicate with clients for terms of service, W-9’s, NDA’s and other information security needs.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of MoneyGuide products as well as internal systems.
  • Adherence to and application of Envestnet legal, compliance, risk, business continuity and administrative policy within the role and department(s) including the timely completion of training & awareness, affirmations and testing as requested. 
  • As part of the responsibilities for this role, you will understand and readily support Envestnet's established corporate business practices, policies, internal controls and procedures designed to create value or minimize risk.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (degree in in Mathematics, Finance, Statistics, or Economics preferred)
  • Experience, interest, and aptitude in technology, specifically software development
  • 3-5 years of experience in the financial services/financial planning industry, especially with MoneyGuide products
  • Must enjoy working in a team environment with frequent customer contact
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated skills in solving problems and responsibility for ensuring customer satisfaction.
