Job Summary:

The Client Billing Associate compiles, reconciles, and verifies fee calculations to ensure accurate and timely billing based on monthly and quarterly cycles.  In addition, the associate will provide support to internal departments and external partners in addition to clients. 

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Responsible for all billing work on specific clients including fee billing analysis, trouble shooting, adjustment billing, fee billing procedural documentation and process analysis.
  • Processing client billings with all available custodians.
  • Reconciling current billing dashboard with client fee account debits.
  • Compiling and analyzing billing data on a monthly basis
  • Collect and reconcile client fees, resolve discrepancies accurately and timely
  • Ensure procedures and policies are executed accurately
  • Special projects as needed.
  • Adherence to SLA’s, deliverable deadlines, reporting and collection deadlines for each billing cycle
  • Adherence to and application of Envestnet legal, compliance, risk, business continuity and administrative policy within the role and department(s) including the timely completion of training & awareness, affirmations and testing as requested. 
  • As part of the responsibilities for this role, you will understand and readily support Envestnet's established corporate business practices, policies, internal controls and procedures designed to create value or minimize risk.

Required Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field required.
  • 0-3 years accounting experience required.
  • Experience with MS Excel required.
  • Experience in the Financial Services industry preferred.
  • Must be analytical and detail oriented.
  • Excellent communication skills required.

Salary:

The annual base salary range for this position is $46,000 to $70,000.
