Our Road Supervisors provide field supervision of Transportation providers. The Road Supervisor will conduct investigations and assist with provider network management.

Responsibilities:
- Provides support to transportation providers in the field.
- Liaison between providers and organization regarding safety and service issues.
- Observes providers on the road and corrects safety issues. Documents violations.
- Communicates requirements and responsibilities to providers.
- Ensures all inspections are properly documented and remain current according to the established schedule.
- Conducts on-the-scene accident investigation when feasible. Also investigates critical incidents and provider complaints.
- Prepares inspection, accident, incident, and observation reports according to the established schedule.
- Delivers transportation provider orientation, training, and meetings.
Requirements:
- CDL class B with Passenger and Airbrake endorsements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Subject to a DOT drug testing and physical if applicable. DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 does not authorize the use of Schedule I drugs, including cannabis, for any reason.
Physical Requirements:
The essential functions of this position require the ability to:
- Sit for extended periods (up to 6–8 hours per day); frequently walk for short distances and on possible sloped ground or slippery and uneven surfaces
- Occasionally, bend, kneel squat to file documents in cabinets and file boxes.
