Transdev has an exciting opportunity for an accomplished HRIS professional to join our team as Human Resources Information Systems Lead reporting to the Director HR Rewards, Systems & Analysis.

About The Role: The HRIS Lead is a strategic leader responsible for overseeing the HR technology ecosystem and managing a team of HRIS Analysts. This role drives operational excellence, leads cross-functional initiatives, and ensures the effective use of ADP and other HR systems to support business goals. The HRIS Lead partners closely with HR, IT, and Payroll stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and innovative solutions.
Transdev’s primary employee database is ADP Enterprise. The role will have responsibility for the management and training of the HRIS team, end-user support, training of business process owners, responding to data requests, and complex reporting needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manages current system and processes for HR related business needs in the areas of configuration, maintenance, documentation, security administration, and user training and support.
- Leads the functional design and implementation of new technology or business process solutions in support of business requirements including development, testing, documentation, and communication ensuring compliance within company standards.
- Identifies areas for improvement in both the processes and systems; continuously research new system functionality/trends and HR best practices.
- Responsible for driving process improvement to support long term human resources business goals and process improvement.
- Manages the testing and implementation of the human resource system patches, enhancements, and system upgrades.
- Ensures resolution of complex user questions and systems issues.
- Creates and maintains reports to support business processes, audits, and government reporting.
- Collaborates with Finance, Benefits, Training, Safety, IT, etc. to address business requirements and effective integration with other systems and processes across the organization.
- Coaches and mentors HRIS team; assigns work according to availability, skills, and developmental needs; assesses performance and provides feedback to direct reports.
- Maintains confidentiality of all information.

Qualifications:
College, university, or equivalent degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or related business field required.
Five to seven years of relevant information systems experience is required. Experience with ADP Version 5 is required, including reporting and data feeds.
- Systems or module implementation experience;
- Project management training or demonstrated skills;
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office;
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to develop and execute user training;
- Ability to work well with all employees and departments.
Travel requirement outside of immediate area (as a percent) <10%.

- 100% of work is accomplished indoors and in air conditioned or well-ventilated facilities.
