HRIS Manager
Description
The Manager, Global HRIS is responsible for the oversight of the key recruiting and talent modules within our SuccessFactors platform and other HR related systems. This role is a key player in developing our overall HR systems architecture, strategy, and planning, serving as a thought leader for HR technology within recruiting and talent management. A successful candidate will ensure a high level of data and process integrity in the day-to-day use of SuccessFactors, facilitate end user training, and provide effective and efficient customer service to internal users.
responsibilities:
- Serve as subject matter expert and act as a key resource for SuccessFactors Talent Management suite (Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals and Succession Planning) implementation, deployment of new functionality, and partnering with HR functional areas on system related process work
- Manage the overall maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of SuccessFactors Talent Management suite, including day to day issue resolution; ensure delivery of high-quality customer service to end users
- Lead system configuration and build work in alignment with HR system roadmap, consulting with HR functional users and COEs to identify best practice and strategy in configuration
- Use advanced knowledge to propose, implement, and execute ongoing process improvement within Human Resources (primarily in the areas of workflow, system enhancements and utilization)
- Collaborates with other system administrators to ensure consistency, share best practices, improve processes, and develop system knowledge.
- Manage project milestones, action items, and associated due dates. Review project deliverables for completeness and compliance with project plan and scope.
- Drive data integrity within SuccessFactors and between systems; develop audit, research, and resolution processes for Talent Management modules
- Work with our vendors to research and resource opportunities to extend and optimize SuccessFactors & other HR system usage
- Handle Recruiting and Talent Management reporting strategy work and ad hoc reporting requests as well as enhance metrics and dashboard build and usage
- Partner with other team members to review training and change management needs with all projects
- Drive adoption, communication, training and change management for technology changes and/or implementations across the organization.
- Analyze issues, determine root causes, and problem solve in a collaborative team environment
- This position may have direct reports - coaches and develops staff. Sets clear expectations to inspire and motivate the team. Manages performance by recognizing achievement, providing feedback, and administering progressive discipline when necessary.
qualifications:
Required
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent knowledge) in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of HR technology experience supporting HR technology solutions that include implementations on a global scale, business process improvements, and development of a self-service culture
- Demonstrated project management experience, including experience with SF module implementation.
- Experience influencing all levels of the organization, driving and implementing company-wide changes.
- Experience with Recruiting & Talent Management reporting and analytics.
Preferred
- Experience supporting HRIS in global manufacturing environment
- 5 years of SuccessFactors administration experience
- Experience with modules outside of Employee Central, including Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals and LMS SuccessFactors certifications preferred but not required)
- Demonstrated experience with Position Management fundamentals and implementation on a global scale
- 2+ years of management-level experience
