This role will be responsible for supporting multiple aspects of the Talent Management agenda across the organization, including learning & development, performance management, talent reviews, and succession planning. This is an exciting opportunity to be an integral member of Mativ’s Talent Management Team and help us to execute on our talent strategy.

responsibilities:

  • Design and implement global learning and development initiatives to address organizational needs
  • Drive continuous improvement of global online learning platform by developing customized learning offerings and focusing on increased system engagement
  • Lead and manage the creation, coordination, and execution of global leadership development workshops
  • Proactively drive reporting and measurements of the effectiveness of learning initiatives, including eliciting feedback, sharing insights with relevant stakeholders, and making adjustments as necessary
  • Build and maintain trusted partnerships with third-party learning and development vendors, using these resources to increase the value of learning programs
  • Manage and monitor the learning and development budget, ensuring investments drive value and achieve measurable goals
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices related to adult learning and behavior change
  • Own the 360-degree leadership assessment process and experience, partnering with HR Business Partners and Senior Leaders
  • Support the preparation and execution of the annual performance management process including Goal Setting, Check-In Conversations, and Year-End Review
  • Support the preparation and execution of the talent review and succession planning processes
  • Assist with the implementation of SuccessFactors HCM modules, including Performance Management, Succession Planning & Learning
  • Coordinate with HR Business Partners, Total Rewards, and other key business stakeholders across all Talent Management processes
  • Lead the creation of global communication and training materials for HR Business Partners and employees to improve understanding of talent initiatives

qualifications:

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution (required)
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressively increasing HR experience in two or more specialized HR functions (e.g., talent management, succession management, leadership development, learning & development, performance management)
  • Strong project management skills
  • Strong change management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products (PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Experience working in a global company strongly preferred
