Role Description:
We are expanding our Surveillance department and seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Senior Surveillance Operator to join our team. This role plays a critical part in maintaining the security, compliance, and integrity of our Live Casino operations. The ideal candidate brings strong industry experience, a proactive mindset, and the ability to lead by example in daily operational activities.
Responsibilities:
- Live Monitoring: Oversee live gaming activities to ensure full compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Incident Detection & Reporting: Identify, document, and report irregularities, suspicious behavior, and operational concerns.
- Investigations Support: Collect evidence, review video footage, and prepare detailed incident and investigation reports.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Risk, Compliance, and Operations teams to safeguard game integrity.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and support Surveillance Operators, providing guidance in complex or sensitive cases.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance surveillance practices, tools, and training programs.
- Confidentiality & Ethics: Maintain strict confidentiality and uphold the highest professional and ethical standards.
Candidate Requirements:
Industry Experience: Proven background in surveillance within the iGaming industry or a related field; senior-level experience is an advantage.
Operational Knowledge: Strong understanding of Live Casino operations, associated risks, and compliance frameworks.
Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to guide, mentor, and support team members in a fast-paced environment.
Analytical Strength: Excellent decision-making and risk assessment capabilities with a strong eye for detail.
Flexibility: Availability to work 8-hour shifts, including evenings and weekends, within a 24/7 operation.
Professionalism: High standards of integrity, accountability, and discretion.
Language: Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and familiarity with surveillance systems and monitoring software.
Nice to Have:
Surveillance Technology: Experience with advanced monitoring systems, cameras, and security protocols.
Data & Reporting Tools: Knowledge of SQL, Tableau, or similar analytics and reporting platforms.
Process Optimization: Experience in driving operational improvements within compliance or security environments.
