Role Description: We are looking for an experienced Senior Game Presenter Team Manager to manage and lead a team within our operations, ensuring that all staff meet the company’s high standards. You will be responsible for coaching, mentoring, and providing ongoing support to help team members develop in their roles. You will also assist in recruitment, absence management, and handling disciplinary and grievance issues, while ensuring effective team dynamics and performance.
Responsibilities:
- Standard Team Manager duties (in charge of a team, working closely with 1 or more Team Supervisors), excluded from Team Manager in charge assignment
- Own probation Game Presenters processes (from onboarding touchpoints to red flags handling, coordination with TR, first 121, reporting, MID/END probation) under the coordination of Studio Manager
- Own Team Managers /Team Supervisors' schedule as per legal and SM requirements
- Coordinate Onboarding & training for new Team Managers /Team Supervisors
- Monitor and calibrate day-to-day task allocation on Team Managers /Team Supervisors shifts, as well as ensuring proper handover and coverage of assigned duties
- Participate in cross-department meetings where required
- Work closely with Studio Managers on ongoing projects and priorities
Candidate requirements:
- Minimum 6 months tenure as Game Presenter Team Manager at Arrise
- Proven track record of proactivity, task execution, maturity in approach and leadership skills
- Ability to process data, coach employees post entry-level roles
- No behavior, attendance or performance issues
