Care & Comfort Veterinary Hospital, a Thrive Pet Healthcare partner, is looking to add a Full-time Client Service Representative/Veterinary Assistant to our amazing team!

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 1-year experience, would be able to multi-task,  would work well in a fast-paced team environment, and would be able to provide excellent customer service.

Job duties include but are not limited to:

  • Greeting clients/patients and answering phone calls in a timely manner
  • Call backs and appointment confirmations
  • Prepare and approve RX requests
  • Checking in clients and obtaining patient history and vitals
  • Ability to go over treatment plans of recommendations from DVMs
  • Provide client education on standards of care, flea preventatives, vaccines, etc to Care and Comfort Standards and Policies
  • Administer vaccines, nail trims, anal gland expressions, etc
  • Keep lobby and exam rooms clean at all times
