You will report to the Theatre Shared Services Analyst, who emphasizes a hands-on leadership style that encourages team members to take initiative and contribute effectively from day one. The work setup for this role is hybrid, allowing flexibility between in-office and remote work, although specific in-office attendance days were not detailed in the conversation.

This role does not require any travel, allowing you to focus entirely on supporting sales operations and field operations from your designated location.

 

Your Role

• Support sales operations and field operations within a shared services framework.
• Engage in data automation and create Salesforce reports to streamline processes.
• Collaborate with team members to manage, analyze, and present sales data effectively.
• Assist in onboarding new hires and facilitate their integration into the team.
• Handle inquiries and provide support related to sales operations processes.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss ongoing projects and share updates.

• Work closely with the hiring manager and stakeholders to ensure alignment with team goals.
