Sr. Finance Manager, Corporate FP&A

The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly analytical and execution‑focused Sr. Manager to lead our corporate tactical execution process—delivering accurate, data‑driven forecasts and insights for quarterly revenue, ARR, NRR, and other top‑line metrics. This role is central to how we drive predictability in the business, synthesize insights across Sales and Finance, and ensure the company closes the quarter aligned to its targets.
This is a high‑visibility position that plays a critical role in shaping executive understanding of revenue performance and the levers driving outcomes.
About the Team
You will join the Corporate FP&A team—a tight‑knit, fast‑moving, and deeply collaborative group supporting corporate forecasting and reporting. Our mission is to ensure clarity, accuracy, and strategic guidance around top‑line performance. You’ll partner closely with Sales Ops, Revenue Accounting, and other internal finance teams to deliver insights that drive executive decision‑making. The team is high‑energy, detail‑oriented, and passionate about forecasting and execution excellence.
This role does not require travel; your focus is on driving accurate forecasting and high‑quality analysis.
Your Role
Quarterly Execution, Forecasting & Analytics
● Revenue Forecasting & Ownership: Lead the end-to-end corporate revenue execution process, driving weekly and monthly forecast reviews with Sales and Finance teams at the executive level.
● Strategic Modeling & Analytics: Build and maintain processes to forecast Free Cash Flow (FCF) and detailed models for complex metrics including Revenue, Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR), Net Retention Rate (NRR), Remaining Performance Obligations (RPO), and other operating metrics to drive informed decision-making.
● Performance Benchmarking: Analyze key metric performance against targets and prior periods, providing deep-dive analysis on drivers and deltas during the quarterly close process.
● Executive Insights & Reporting: Partner with leadership to deliver executive-ready commentary and slide decks for the Board of Directors and its Audit Committee, distilling complex data into clear strategic narratives.
● Dashboards: Create and maintain KPI dashboards that integrate key metrics.
Process & Operational Excellence
● Operational Excellence: Identify gaps in revenue reporting and forecasting accuracy and drive automation and process improvements in partnership with Business Technology.
● Data Quality: Partner with Business Technology to enhance data governance, including data quality and hierarchy structure.
● Metric Standardization: Establish and maintain standardized definitions for core subscription metrics to ensure consistency across all departments.
What You Will Bring
Qualifications
● Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field; MBA, CFA, or CPA a plus.
● Professional Experience: 8+ years of progressive experience in FP&A or Revenue Finance, ideally at a SaaS or subscription‑based company.
● Technical Experience: Expert-level Excel skills and experience with BI/visualization tools (Tableau); familiarity with systems such as Salesforce, NetSuite, Adaptive, or Clari is highly preferred.
● Subscription Expertise: Deep understanding of complex subscription metrics, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
● Analytical Curiosity: A strong desire to leverage external best practices while adapting them to the company’s specific operating model.
● Strategic Collaboration & Influence: Proven ability to partner across a matrixed organization (Sales, Accounting, Deal Desk) and constructively challenge assumptions to drive strategic outcomes.
● Communication Excellence: Exceptional verbal and written skills, with the ability to present complex financial scenarios to senior stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
Preferred Qualifications
● Revenue Experience: Experience supporting corporate revenue forecasting and driving for a Software organization.
Revenue Recognition: Knowledge of revenue recognition standards (ASC 606) and how they influence forecasted vs. actual revenue
Work Arrangement
Hybrid: This role operates in a hybrid capacity, blending the benefits of remote work with the advantages of in-person collaboration. In locations where our workplace policy applies (i.e. San Jose, Durham, Mexico City, Bangalore, Pune, Hoofddorp, Belgrade, Barcelona, Singapore, Sydney and Tokyo), employees are expected to work onsite a minimum of 3 days per week to foster collaboration, team alignment, and access to in-office resources. The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between USD $ 156,000 and USD $ 310,800 per year.
However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
