The Opportunity

The Physical Security and Safety Project Coordinator leads the global Badging, Marketing and Finance programs for the Physical Security and Safety Team. Due to the importance of this role, it is critical for the Project Coordinator to be courteous, helpful, organized, have the ability to multitask, stay motivated and have a high level of customer service. The Project Coordinator must maintain a high degree of communication skills, organization, and professionalism at all times.

You will report directly to the Director, Global Physical Security and Safety and be based out of the San Jose, CA Headquarters office. Your Role

● Cross-Coordinate with various departments globally to support Physical Security and Safety initiatives

● Global responsibility for employee and contractor badge program to include material inventory ordering

● Manage badging requests, work order tickets, and emails in a timely manner

● Use badge access control system

● Effectively train and collaborate with Global Reception and Office Management teams on badging and access control protocols

● Must be able to provide quarterly actual versus forecast financial reports

● Partner with Procurement and Finance department to process purchase requisitions

● Lead marketing program for the Physical Security and Safety Team

● Design various marketing material for global distribution

● Update and maintain department web pages

● Manage the creation, implementation and audit of program standard operating procedures

● Must be able to reprioritize work in an ever-changing environment

 

What You Will Bring

3+ years of experience managing a badging function for a technology company 

5+ years of business experience  

● Possess effective written and oral communication with ability to deal with all levels of personnel and the general public in a professional and effective manner

● Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to speak clearly and listen intently

● Must be able to multitask effectively

● Ability to work in a team-oriented environment with the ability to work independently

● Must be able to efficiently identify and solve problems, and/or determine if and when an incident is required to be escalated to management for guidance

● Excellent computer skills, with the ability to quickly learn and utilize required systems and applications

● Must be willing and able to work in an open office, team environment.

● Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.

 

Work Arrangement

Onsite:   This role requires you to be onsite in our San Jose location.  Additional team-specific guidance and norms will be provided by your manager.

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between USD $114,000 and USD $171,600 per year.

However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.

If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
