Manager, Resident Consultant
- Lead and mentor a team of 6–8 Technical Account Managers and oversee Resident Engineers supporting enterprise customers.
- Provide technical oversight and act as the escalation point for complex production issues in Nutanix environments.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by promoting best practices and maximizing the value of Nutanix solutions.
- Own portfolio health metrics, including renewal readiness and adoption metrics, to drive customer success.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Sales, Support, Engineering) to align account strategies and address technical risks.
- Manage resource allocation and capacity planning to optimize team coverage based on account needs.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and development planning for team members to foster growth and skill enhancement.
- Identify and mitigate risks early, ensuring consistent execution of customer success plans and delivery quality.
- 10–15 years of experience in Enterprise Infrastructure, Virtualization, or Hybrid Cloud.
- 3–5 years of demonstrated people management experience.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Nutanix AHV, AOS, and Prism.
- Expertise in cluster operations and lifecycle management.
- Experience with hybrid cloud deployments (NC2).
- Proven ability to manage enterprise production environments and escalations.
- Excellent customer-facing communication and relationship management skills.
- Ability to lead technical oversight and ensure adherence to best practices.
