The Opportunity

This role requires a unique blend of operational excellence and creative strategy. You aren't just reacting to requests; you are anticipating stakeholder needs, leveraging AI to accelerate workflows, and delivering high-ROI results with precision.
Your Role
Operational Excellence: Own the full project lifecycle. You are responsible for the proactive management of deadlines and the delivery of complete, accurate reports. You don't just "hit" deadlines; you manage them with foresight to avoid reactionary "fulfillment mode."

Diverse Program Design: Develop, execute, and manage a creative mix of marketing programs—ranging from ABM and executive roundtables to large-scale industry events—ensuring the highest possible ROI for every dollar invested.
Collaborative Leadership: Act as a trusted advisor to Federal Sales and SE stakeholders. You must work effectively as an independent owner while maintaining deep alignment with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
What You Will Bring
Specific Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and own the quarterly Federal marketing plan. Use data-driven insights and AI analysis to forecast demand and align with territory pipeline needs.
  • Communications: Ensure a high level of awareness and adoption of marketing resources by sales stakeholders. Communicate field-level insights back to corporate to ensure messaging resonates with the Federal audience.
  • Results & ROI: Meet/exceed quarterly metrics. Track lead flow and measure ROI with meticulous accuracy, using AI-driven analytics to refine and improve outcomes.
  • Execution & Event Management: Manage all industry and regional events (seminars, webinars, tradeshows). You are responsible for the "full stack" of the event: pre-event planning, flawless execution, and proactive post-event follow-up.
  • Budget Management: Establish and proactively manage the field marketing budget. Be vigilant in tracking and effective in spend, ensuring zero waste.
Minimum Requirements
  • Federal Experience: 5–7 years of experience marketing B2B enterprise technology to U.S. Federal audiences. Understanding of cloud and virtualization is a significant plus.
  • AI Proficiency: Demonstrated ability to use Generative AI tools (Gemini, Copilot, etc.) to enhance productivity, draft marketing collateral, and perform data analysis.
  • Proactive Project Management: Exceptional negotiation and decision-making skills. Proven ability to anticipate needs and work ahead of schedule rather than reacting to it.
  • Communication: Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills (writing samples required).
  • Technical Stack: Working knowledge of Salesforce.com and proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
  • Travel: Modest travel (up to 25%).
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree.
