Senior Product Marketing Manager

- Translate NC2 business goals into marketing goals and drive consensus on these across the marketing and cross-functional stakeholders
- Own the messaging framework for NC2, including key value propositions, use cases, customer persona and pain points, and more
- Help define key news moments around NC2 and hybrid cloud capabilities and the value they bring to our customers; drive amplification around these
- Participate in QBRs, reporting on NC2 marketing metrics and lead discussion on progress towards goals
- Organize, coordinate, and drive demand generation planning and execution with multiple marketing and product teams (field marketing, partner marketing, campaigns, programs, events, digital)
- Develop expertise about the product, the market, and related industry and competitor news and trends and be a knowledge resource for internal teams (including sales, field marketing, and other marketing teams).
- Create and review content including blogs, white papers, analyst papers, infographics, videos, datasheets, web pages and tools, and more; as well as review NC2-related content being created across the company to ensure correct messaging, voice, and alignment with product capabilities
- Maintain repository and tracking for NC2 content, and maintain NC2 related events and content calendar, customer reference tracking, etc.
- Be a prominent spokesperson for the product in webinars, at events, as well as partner and internal enablement sessions. Be the single point of contact for all other marketing and sales teams for customer-facing, partner-facing or internal-facing activities around NC2
- Bring the customer perspective into marketing materials to maximize impact of marketing activities
- 10+ years of product marketing experience in the datacenter/cloud infrastructure market
- Strong domain expertise in cloud solutions and products, as well as an understanding of hyperconverged infrastructure and virtualization, prior experience with a hyperscalar is a strong plus
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or computer science (or equivalent experience) , MBA preferred
- Strong desire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic start-up environment
- Strong leadership skills and ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
- Ability to think and work strategically, lead a small team, but also execute as an individual contributor
- Proven track record in supporting worldwide sales teams meet revenue goals
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong exec comms skills, and polished presentation abilities
- Prior experience with leveraging AI tools for productivity is a plus
