People Services Advisor
- Respond to employee inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, chat, ticketing system or in person
- Support employees globally, leveraging internal processes and procedures to accurately support employees for their specific location needs
- Deliver high quality support within SLAs
- Improve and standardize support services globally
- Participate in program design and testing
- Document internal processes and employee facing knowledge articles
- Participate in program design dialog to understand service and support needs
- Monitor the accuracy, consistency, and user friendliness of knowledge base content and analyze usage and feedback to continuously improve it.
- Support ad-hoc reporting, projects and testing efforts on an ad-hoc basis.
- A bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of relevant experience in HR administration, customer support, data admin or processes.
- Desire to learn and grow skills and expertise in a global environment.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to engage team members across other countries and time zones effectively.
- Demonstrate good time management skills.
- ServiceNow experience preferable.
