Technical Content Engineer 3
- Create and maintain technical documentation, KB articles, and FAQs for the Support team and customers.
- Develop interactive training materials to empower Support Engineers and enhance their problem-solving capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Support Engineers and Product Teams, to ensure documentation is current and accurate.
- Optimize Knowledge Base content for improved searchability and accessibility while implementing SEO best practices.
- Continuously gather feedback from users to improve documentation quality and content strategy.
- Measure the impact of content on case deflection and adjust strategies based on analytics and support data.
- Facilitate effective communication among team members to promote collaboration and a supportive work environment.
- Meet established deadlines for documentation projects while managing multiple priorities and contributing to team objectives.
- 5+ years of technical writing experience in support, SaaS, or enterprise software environments.
- Proficiency in creating and managing technical documentation and training materials.
- Strong ability to distill complex technical concepts into clear, concise content.
- Experience with knowledge management systems and documentation tools (e.g., DITA, Confluence).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Basic understanding of HTML, Markdown, or CMS platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- Strong project management skills and ability to meet deadlines effectively.Work ArrangementHybrid: This role operates in a hybrid capacity, blending the benefits of remote work with the advantages of in-person collaboration. For most roles, that will mean coming into an office a minimum of 3 days per week, however certain roles and/or teams may require more frequent in-office presence.
