Customer Imports Coordinator



  • This position is responsible for servicing existing customer accounts.
  • Coordinate all order entry and shipments.
  • Submitting orders for processing.
  • Maintain accurate records, especially for traceability purposes.
  • Maintain good customer relations.
  • Maintain customer records.
  • Exhibit the highest possible level of customer service to all customers.
  • Other duties as assigned.




  • Must be able to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
  • Experience working Customs brokers and importing USDA/FDA regulated products.
  • Bi-lingual ability in English and Spanish strongly preferred.
  • Basic computer skills with Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with consumer products in retail distribution.
  • Highly organized and strong ability to prioritize.
  • An overwhelming sense of urgency.
  • Team player with an all-consuming need to win as a team.
  • High school degree; some college preferred.
