Position Title: Refrigerated Trailer Sales Representative   
Department: Logistics   
Location: Greeley, CO   
Reports to: Sales Director   
  • Network with customers, vendors and company employees at all levels and locations as needed.
  • Responsible for prospecting, growing and retaining customer base, by understanding their equipment needs, explaining all our trailer rental options, and close trailer rental deals.
  • Develop, plan, and execute marketing and sales strategies to describe product features and benefits.
  • Develop positive relationships with customers via phone, email, and in person.
  • Coordinate with operations to locate trailers and procure additional trailers to meet customer demands.
  • Maintain awareness of market conditions and customer needs while identifying and collaborating with other JBS departments for cross selling opportunities.
  • Ability to gather market information externally for best decision making for our organization.
  • Managing rental customers account including vendor setup, insurance verification, credit, collections, disputes, and questions.
  • Additional duties as assigned.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office software. TMW and mobile communication systems preferred.
  • Dependable and capable of adapting to a fast-paced working environment.
  • Possess a sense of urgency, have solid negotiating, sales, and organizational skills.
  • Must be a high energy, self-motivated, problem solving, team player who is eager to learn.
  • Willing to travel as needed to effectively cover the sales territory.
  • Experience with refrigerated equipment, trailer rental sales, and over the road trucking is required. Prior customer relationships and following is preferred.
Education: High School Diploma or GED required.   
The applicant who fills this position will be eligible for the following compensation and benefits:   
  • Benefits: Vision, Medical, and Dental coverage begin after 60 days of employment;

  • 401(k): company match begins after the first year of service and follows the company vesting schedule;
  • Base salary range of $65,000.00 to $75,000.00
  • This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s quarterly bonus plan, the amount of bonus varies and is subject to the standard terms and conditions of the incentive program.
