Revenue Improvement Manager

Purpose & Scope:
The focus of this role is to work with the Regional Beef Operational Team to maintain accurate yield standards and performance expectations. To work with the entire Regional Business Unit analyzing and directing the business to maximize returns. This includes working with all Regional Plant leaders, Corporate Business Analysis, Tech Services, and Industrial Engineering, along with other business leadership to provide information and reports to enhance decision-making and improve processes

Principle Responsibilities:

  • Review daily and weekly Plant Performance reporting and work hands on to direct various teams to improve
  • Test, analyze, and contribute to requests to develop new products
  • Coordinate and participate in yield testing and analysis
  • Provide assistance to production teams as needed
  • Educate team members on our yield reports and work with the various teams to identify ways to improve performance
  • Take an active role in driving performance improvements across our facilities
  • Each of the Five Regional Beef plants have a Yield Analyst that report directly to the Revenue Improvement Manager at the Corporate Office
  • Other duties as assigned

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture, Animal Science, Meat Science, Ag. Economics or Equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years in a production environment, analyst role, an education or role deemed as qualifying experience
  • Strong Communication and Educational skills
  • Organization and acute attention to detail
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel required
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work with multiple teams
  • Experience in Agriculture and the Meat Business is preferred
  • As a salaried position with the company, you may be required to travel at some point to other facilities, to attend Company events, or as a representative of the Company in other situations. Unless otherwise specified in this posting, the amount of travel may vary and the most qualified candidate must be willing and able to travel as business needs dictate


The applicant who fills this position will be eligible for the following compensation and benefits:

  • Benefits: Vision, Medical, and Dental coverage begin after 60 days of employment;
  • Paid Time Off: sick leave, vacation, and 6 company observed holidays;
  • 401(k): company match begins after the first year of service and follows the company vesting schedule;
  • Base salary range of $99,645—$136,500; and
  • This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s annual bonus plan, the amount of bonus varies and is subject to the standard terms and conditions of the incentive program;

This compensation range is specific to the State of Colorado and takes into account various factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to a candidate’s relevant experience, qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiencies for the role.
