We are looking for a QA Analyst for JBS that reports to the Corporate Office in Greeley, CO.

This opportunity is for a QA Analyst to join our Corporate IT team. This position is responsible for conducting testing against system software changes with a strong focus on quality, usability and reliability of our products.

Responsibilities:

  • Follow established software testing policies and procedures
  • Able to create QA test plans based on software requirements
  • Able to create automated test scripts using the tools provided to create test harness
  • Update appropriate QA test registers and tickets
  • Able to troubleshoot issues and identify the source of the problem
  • Able to validate application adherence to existing UI/UX guidelines
  • Communicate with the development team to configure testing environments
  • Attend development stand up meetings
  • Create or maintain end user training material and product documentation
  • Provide end user training and support implementation of product changes
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:  

  • 1 year of relevant experience preferred
  • A self-starter and have the ability to deliver.
  • Understanding test cases/plans creation and interact with the functional teams.
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and relational skills required.
  • Understanding of common software failures and faults
  • Must be adaptable and capable of absorbing new concepts and situations rapidly.
  • Must be a strong team player.
  • Must be willing to travel as needed.
  • As a salaried position with the company, you may be required to travel at some point to other facilities, to attend Company events, or as a representative of the Company in other situations. Unless otherwise specified in this posting, the amount of travel may vary and the most qualified candidate must be willing and able to travel as business needs dictate.

The applicant who fills this position will be eligible for the following compensation and benefits:

  • Benefits: Vision, Medical, and Dental coverage begin after 60 days of employment;
  • Paid Time Off: sick leave, vacation, and 6 company observed holidays;
  • 401(k): company match begins after the first year of service and follows the company vesting schedule;
  • Base salary range of $60,000-$70,000; and
  • This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s annual bonus plan, the amount of bonus varies and is subject to the standard terms and conditions of the incentive program;
