Job Summary:

Envestnet Wealth is seeking a talented and passionate Compliance Analyst to join the Compliance team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Work with 3rd parties and/or custodians and internal teams to define business and technical requirements, test, implement, and support new data interfaces
  • Review and interpret custodial layouts for inbound files
  • Perform transactional mapping reviews
  • Manage, maintain, and troubleshoot all data feeds, including security pricing, security descriptive data, and custodial FTP set up for inbound file transmissions
  • Implement test scripts to ensure successful rollout and delivery
  • Maintain custodial and partner vendor relationships around all file transfers and connectivity
  • Adhere to change management practices, working closely with QA and Development teams for bug tracking and resolution
  • Support requests from multiple internal teams, including Client Services, Client Experience, Reconciliation, Project Management, Product, QA, and Development
  • Responsible for maintaining documentation on procedures surrounding all inbound data files
  • Participate in project meetings and work through all inbound data interface open items to closure
  • Adherence to and application of Envestnet legal, compliance, risk, business continuity and administrative policy within the role and department(s) including the timely completion of training & awareness, affirmations and testing as requested.
  • As part of the responsibilities for this role, you will understand and readily support Envestnet's established corporate business practices, policies, internal controls and procedures designed to create value or minimize risk

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Ability to work in a project-oriented, fast paced, high stress environment and meet deadlines under a time constraint
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong business and analytical skills
  • High level of organization skills
  • 3+ years of experience in financial software or financial services

The annual base salary range for this position is $42,000 to $80,000.
