Job Summary:

The Wealth Solutions Proposal Desk Specialist role acts as internal operational/sales support for Envestnet’s Advisor Sales/High Net Worth and RIA teams to provide proposal support. The Proposal Desk Specialist is responsible for assisting with the creation and delivery of Envestnet Platform Generated Platform Proposal requests from both internal and external partners.  Ensures all documents are in good order prior to delivery to end advisors.  Maintains and updates all custom case requests in Salesforce. The Proposal Desk Specialist Role would be integrated into the Advisory/HNW Sales Team territory format. This position reports to the Principal Director, Investment Product Consulting.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Thoroughly learn, understand, and present all Envestnet Platform Proposal Capabilities for outsourced products and ensure effective and efficient delivery of proposals to prospective clients and Premier Partners.
  • Construct proposal requests through the Envestnet Platform proposal tool.
  • Proposal type includes Custom Case, UMA Model Building, Fund Strategist, Separately Managed Account, Unified Managed Accounts.
  • Responsible for requesting Portfolio Asset Transition Summary (PATS) reports for cases where customized tax management is required.
  • Respond to literature requests and service issues.
  • Maintain and update sales pipeline and closed sales in Salesforce and follow up as needed with sales partners.
  • This position requires in-office work four days per week.
  • Adherence to and application of Envestnet legal, compliance, risk, business continuity and administrative policy within the role and department(s) including the timely completion of training & awareness, affirmations and testing as requested.  
  • As part of the responsibilities for this role, you will understand and readily support Envestnet's established corporate business practices, policies, internal controls and procedures designed to create value or minimize risk.

Required Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field of study
  • 1-3 years of experience in the financial services industry
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to self-manage, with strong organization skills and an attention to detail

Salary:

The annual base salary range for this position is $50,000 to $74,000.
