Domain Migration IT Specialist Temp
Description
The Domain Migration IT Specialists will be assigned pieces of the migration project to unify all Tyler computers under a standard set of defined hardware and software specifications. Working alongside existing IT Support staff to ensure the project goals and deadlines are met. This position has a direct impact on the perception and reputation of the department and its ability to support its customers.
This is a PROJECT EMPLOYEE position with a planned end date at the end of 2024.
Responsibilities
- Provide end-user support for Tyler’s internal customers via telephone, email and in-person.
- Work with other IT Support team to migrate existing divisional machines to the Tyler domain
- Replace machines that do that do not meet standards
- Troubleshoot software and hardware problems in advancement of migration project
Qualifications
- Entry level basic computer skills and troubleshooting
- May be required to lift 30 pounds on a weekly basis and bend and work in restrictive spaces such as under desks.
- Must be able to work a modified night shift of 9p-6a Philippines time out of our offices (18th floor of Three Neo Building, 3rd Ave. Corner 30th Street Crescent Park West, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City 1634)
