Temporary HR Data Clerk

Description

We are looking for an HR Data Entry Clerk to help us with a project to move documents from one system to another. This project may take a few weeks or slightly longer, depending on how adept at this work the clerk will be.

Responsibilities

  • Move electronic documents from a variety of places (e.g. Sharepoint, proprietary database, etc.), into our HRIS system (UKG).
  • Code documents appropriately in the HRIS.

Qualifications

  • Some experience in HR is needed to ensure smooth and speedy work
  • Excellent computer skills required
    • Any experience with document management systems would be amazing but not expected
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Able to work quickly but efficiently
  • Ability to stay focused and engaged even with repetitive and potentially quite boring work
  • Must be able to work in our Yarmouth, Maine office location
