The Safety and Training Manager ensures compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and with company safety requirements. Responsible for continuous leadership, recruitment and training of operator candidates. Promotes strong leadership and influences positive employee morale throughout the location. The Safety and Training Manager will report directly to the Manager of Safety, and will assist in the oversight, implementation or revisions to safety and rules procedures and policies as well as other duties as directed by the General Manager. Experience:
Pre-Employment Requirements: Must pass a pre-employment physical, drug screen and criminal background check and driving record review.
Physical Requirements: Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions, to lift objects weighing a minimum of 50 lbs and must have the ability to distinguish colors and to hear warning signals, radio and telephone devices.
