This role is with the ARRISE group powering Pragmatic Play.
To support our continuous growth worldwide, we need a driven and enthusiastic Payroll Specialist to join our team.
What would you be doing:
- Responsible for keeping the information that they have access to strictly confidential;
- Prepares periodic reports according to requirements and needs;
- Processing payroll, incl. Ensuring vacation and sick leaves are filed and tracked in all systems;
- Answers payroll questions, raised from employees or from management;
- Maintaining effective work relationships with the team, as well as the key departments, providing payroll information
- Facilitates resolutions to any payroll errors;
- Ensures all information is transmitted properly to Accounting on time, in order to avoid any delays in salary;
- Close collaboration with Workforce Management Department, to ensure timely and accurate information is provided to Payroll;
- Files all necessary declarations to the National revenue agency and sends information to accounting on all payments that need to be done in regards to salaries, tax, social and health security, etc.,
- Responsible for registering all contracts, annexes and termination in the NRA and sick leaves in the National Insurance Institute.
- Takes responsibility of the fairness and readiness regarding the transmitted information;
What makes you a strong candidate:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent experience;
- Excellent command of English (at least B2 level);
- 1-2 years of experience as a Payroll Specialist or in a similar role;
- Understanding of HR processes, labor laws, and compliance requirements;
- Good Microsoft Office (especially Excel) skills; Able to work with and identify which formulas to use for the desired results and efficiency;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization;
- Proactive attitude, self-motivated, ambitious and adaptable to change.
- Detail oriented and inquisitive, responsible;
- Ability to work independently and in team.
