Role Summary:

As a Senior BI Analyst, you will be responsible for addressing the reporting needs of ARRISE, powering Pragmatic Play and its clients. You will build reports and dashboards in Tableau and/or Power BI, work with the data warehouse team to develop data models, analyze reports, and provide insights to clients and the business. You will be an integral part of the BI team, working closely with stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality reporting solutions.

You will play a pivotal role in collaborating with external clients, understanding their requirements, and delivering tailored reporting solutions to meet their specific needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets from various sources to identify patterns and opportunities, and provide insightful recommendations to both internal teams and clients;

- Collaborate with the data warehouse team to design, develop, and optimize data models that support efficient reporting and analysis

- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using Tableau and/or Power BI to provide actionable insights to internal stakeholders and clients;

- Work closely with stakeholders to understand their reporting requirements and translate them into effective data visualizations and reports;

- Collaborate with external clients to understand their reporting requirements and translate them into solutions

- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in BI and data visualization techniques to continuously enhance reporting capabilities and deliver innovative solutions.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Business, or a related field;

- Minimum of 2 years proven experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst or similar role within the iGaming industry, preferably  in B2B environment; 

- Proficient in Tableau or Power BI for report and dashboard development;

- Strong SQL skills with the ability to write complex queries for data analysis and manipulation;    Solid understanding of data modeling concepts and data warehouse architecture;

- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail;    Python knowledge and experience working with Google Analytics is desirable;

- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively;

- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
