Responsibilities:

  • Develop & implement customer relationship management campaigns to increase customer loyalty;
  • Analyze customer behavior and measure their impact on business outcomes to update strategies;
  • Maintain smooth communication with customers and optimize current communication, including advice on writing techniques, CTA phrases and design;
  • Divide customers into different classes based on common characteristics like demographics or behaviors and personalize the approach effectively;
  • Run effective promotional activities to optimize growth and customer retention;
  • Use existing customer data to gain potential customers;
  • Identify new and more cost-efficient communication channels with customers;
  • Identify the most efficient customer interaction approaches & prioritize them accordingly;
  • Keep customers updated about the latest collections & special offers in order to increase sales;
  • Adopt new trends & strategies to expand the customer base.

Requirements:

  • +3 years in CRM;
  • Experience with back office, Mailchimp and other tech platforms;
  • Proven experience working with management of database;
  • Understand and have experience using WordPress and website applications;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
