Player Experience Tester Team Leader

Responsibilities:
Plan, organize and manage the testing process to ensure high-quality game products;
Build and manage a team of testers, including hiring new members, facilitate their training, supervise their work and provide mentorship;
Provide feedback and guidance to testers to improve their testing techniques and ensure consistent testing standards;
Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders, including identifying issues and proposing solutions;
Work closely with the Product Owners to understand every aspect of the game, to identify and prioritize areas of focus for testing;
Develop and maintain testing documentation and reports.
Requirements:
At least 5 years of experience in game testing with a focus on game experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role;
Strong leadership skills, including the ability to motivate and manage a team;
Knowledge of the PC and Mobile Platforms, in terms of hardware and software;
Critical thinking, problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
Able to work in a fast-moving, high-pressure environment while maintaining accuracy;
Experience logging defects in bug tracking systems such as Jira;
Understanding of software development process;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Bachelor’s degree level or higher education;
Fluent in English;
ISTQB certification is a plus.
