Events Assistant
Description
Provide support to the Events team by managing documentation, logistics, and organizational tasks related to the planning and execution of B2B events.
- Prepare presentations and events agendas.
- Monitor deadlines and ensure timely submission of required documents.
- Maintain and update databases of suppliers, and service providers.
- Track event-related expenses.
- Monitor the status of logistical arrangements.
- Handle the preparation and shipment of materials needed for events, as required.
- Assist in resolving on-site issues during events.
- Ensure adherence to defined quality standards.
Requirements:
- Highly organized and detail oriented.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- 1-2 years in similar roles in the events industry or related B2B areas.
- Experience managing vendors.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proactive problem-solver with a collaborative attitude.
- Proactive mindset and a strong customer service attitude.
- Advanced English level (mandatory).
