Responsibilities:

• Takes lead in the production of studios and has shared responsibility for a successful and timely Studio delivery;
• Ensures that all the work resources are distributed to maximise timing and effectively manage priorities;
• Manage suppliers and contractors, enduring the delivery dates of their work, followup with suppliers/contractors on costs, foresee delays;
• Assist in installation process and ensure the delivery is according to provided plans, renders and guidelines;
• Communicate with Health and Safety department and announce any external personnel so that they are registered and work on our premises within the extent of the local laws. (ensure all paperwork is handles accordingly);Ensure that all company procedures and processes are followed and implemented;
• Monitor, report and maintain anything related to the studios and studio's construction and also after go-live;
• Keep the Studio facilities in operating order;
• Ensure Studios remain in operating order;
• Report and fix the Studio decorations via the technical teams;
• Take meeting minutes and report to the Head of Studio Production;
• Align with the Project Managers in regards to the launch date of the new studios;
• Any other support required on the operational side for the Live Studio.

• Professional experience in a similar rol (or a relevant position in a related field);
