This role is with the ARRISE group powering Pragmatic Play.

The role

Our business is scaling at speed, we have a premium product, that is in high demand and our international growth needs are strong. We are looking for a thoughtful, determined and strategic recruitment manager to shape and develop our hiring in this area.

Key responsibilities

Support the team in developing strong partnerships with the business units we hire for. This is for commercial, marketing, product, technology and corporate functions. We have a strong emphasis on data driven high performance recruitment and experience in this area will be a great advantage.

You’ll develop and implement a strategic recruitment plan that aligns with the company's overall growth goals and objectives and how we all work to deliver the best ways of working in recruitment.

You’ll be a part of the TA leadership team and influence the future development of the function.

Motivate, lead and inspire your TA team as they collaborate with managers and directors to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruiting plans to meet them.

Use data and analytics to track and measure the effectiveness of the recruitment process and make improvements as needed.

Continuously improve the recruitment process by staying current with industry trends, best practices, and technology.


  • Demonstrable experience of continuously delivering in a fast paced recruitment environment, preferably in the igaming industry.
  • Experienced in recruitment, with experience in a leadership role.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Strong relationship building and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data and analytics to make informed decisions.
  • Proficient in using recruitment software and tools, such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
